Data deletion
PostRelay provides a way to remove connected Meta account data and request deletion of the remaining data associated with your PostRelay account.

When Meta sends PostRelay a valid data-deletion or deauthorization request, we remove the matching Facebook, Instagram, or Threads connection and its stored access token. The connection can no longer publish through PostRelay.
Your PostRelay account
To request deletion of the remaining data associated with your PostRelay account, email our support inbox from the email address on the account with the subject line “Data deletion request”. We will verify ownership before processing the request.
Confirmation
Meta data-deletion callbacks receive a confirmation code and a link to this page. A successful callback means that PostRelay has accepted the request and removed matching connected Meta account credentials.
